Everland to Open New K-Culture Theme Zone ‘KDH’ on September 26

South Korea’s largest theme park, Everland, is bringing K-culture to life with a brand-new attraction. On September 26, the park will officially open its “K-DAEHUN” zone, inspired by the upcoming Netflix animated film K-Pop Demon Hunters.

A Celebration of K-Pop and Tradition

The new zone combines Korean traditional aesthetics with the colorful, high-energy world of K-pop. Visitors will find themed areas inspired by the movie’s soundtrack, including hits like Golden, Soda Pop, and Your Idol. Each space is designed to immerse guests in both the visual and musical world of the film.

Interactive games, photo zones, and character experiences will also be available, along with exclusive merchandise and hands-on cultural activities. It’s a place where visitors can experience K-pop not just as music, but as a full cultural atmosphere.

A Strategic Collaboration

Everland has already partnered with Netflix in the past, launching unique K-culture projects such as Our School Now and The Forbidden Story. These initiatives have helped fuel the global K-culture wave and attract both domestic fans and international tourists.

With “KDH” Everland hopes to expand on this success. Park officials highlighted the project as a one-of-a-kind collaboration between Korea’s entertainment industry and global platforms, designed to enhance Korea’s reputation as a hub for cultural tourism.

Looking Ahead

The launch comes at a time when K-culture continues to capture worldwide attention. Everland expects that the new attraction will become not only a must-visit spot for K-pop fans, but also a powerful driver of cultural tourism, showcasing the vibrancy of Korean creativity to visitors from around the globe.
